Bluegrass Girls Fastpitch Refund Policy

BGFP reserves the right to deny any and all refunds. Please understand that we are a not for profit organization and all funds are generated via fees and donations. Each transaction completed is subject to a credit card processing fee. That fee will be deducted from your registration costs at varying degrees. See below:

1. Refund requests made prior to registration closing will be honored at 95%.

2. Refund requests made after registration but prior to uniforms being ordered will be honored at 95%. The administrator/treasurer will verify this information prior to issuing refunds.

The following require approval from the appropriate league coordinator

3. Refund requests made after registration and after uniforms have been ordered MAY be honored minus a $25 fee.

4. Refund requests made after games have begun MAY be honored minus a $25 fee.
